Simply Telecoms takes no responsibility for any damage that may occur to your mobile phone by entering the unlock code. If you enter your code incorrectly 4 times, do not attempt to re-enter your code again or it will be hardlocked and you will need to contact a professional service centre.

That the caller is of the age of 18 or above, that the caller has permission of the bill payer and that the caller is aware of the service provided and for what mobile telephones it caters for. All customers are requested to read the Terms of Service before dialling (Section 2 of the 1-2-3 steps to unlock). By not reading these terms you forfeit your rights to claim compensation, in any event that the service does not work as you wish.

If the service fails to meet the standards that we set and you are unhappy you may request a refund providing that you issue (by postal letter only) your details including:

(1) Mobile telephone model number
(2) IMEI number
(3) The number you called the service from
(4) The time and date of call
(5) A copy of drivers licence or passport for proof of age

All customers must provide this information, failure to do so will mean refund will not be given.
