Customer Controlled Routing

You select which landline number you want your 0845 number diverting to. One number could be office number, the second could be a home number and the third could be a mobile number. (Please note that there is a charge where calls are diverted to a mobile - 11p/minute for all incoming calls & £10 minimum call charge. A Direct Debit is also needed).

You can have as many options as you want:

• Option 00 is £50+vat
• Options 01 and 02 are free of charge
• Any options thereafter are £30pa +vat each.
